Active Southland is committed to running another successful Surf to City event on March 13, 2022.

We believe the Surf to City is a fantastic occasion which adds vibrancy and helps build connection across the Invercargill and Southland community.

It’s also a challenge ensuring we can provide the safest possible environment for Southland’s largest participation event during a pandemic. Active Southland is continuing to work through those challenges along with our event partners.

This year’s event will look a little different, but it will still have all the same ingredients that make the Surf to City one of the most special and anticipated events on the Southland calendar.

Registrations will open next month. Only those with a My Vaccine Pass (unless underage or with an exemption) will be able to enter or attend as a spectator under the current Covid Protection Framework.
