Healthy Active Learning Facilitator

Do you believe in the power of physical activity, play, and healthy environments to improve the wellbeing of tamariki?

Active Southland is looking for a skilled Healthy Active Learning Facilitator to support Southland schools in creating sustainable, inclusive health and wellbeing outcomes for tamariki and their communities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. + Support the implementation of the Health and Physical Education and Hauora curriculum using a whole-school approach.
2. 
   
3. + Build meaningful relationships with schools, whānau, and local communities to enable equitable access to quality physical activity opportunities.
4. 
   
5. ​​​​​​​+ Facilitate professional development, lead communities of practice, and contribute to partnership plans, reporting, and evaluations.
